Returns/Warranty

Nobody likes to deal with returns, but sometimes things happen, so…

If you need to return an unopened/undamaged item you have purchased from us, we’re happy to accept it back within 30 days of purchase. We’ll even pay the return shipping!* If we’ve made a mistake (we are human, after all) we’ve got you covered as well. In the case that you received a defective item, things get a bit more complicated, as some manufacturers require that defective items are handled directly by them. We'll let you know if this applies to your request. Either way, we’ll do our best to make the process as painless as possible for you.

We aren’t able to take back items that have been crashed, abused, or used in a way that led to damage of any sort, and we accept no responsibility for damage or loss due to the failure of your model, any accessories, or components. With the use/operation of any product purchased from our site, you are accepting the risks and liabilities involved with this awesome hobby.  But don’t let that scare you! Get out there and have some fun!

When uploading your receipt, please be sure the following information is visible: Name of place of purchase, date of purchase, the item or SKU number and/or product description, and price. Maximum file size is 10MB - please resize before uploading, if necessary.

Items eligible for warranty will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion.

*Pre-paid return shipping label will be provided when you choose the “Gift Card” option rather than a refund. Pre-paid label is only available within the continental U.S.
